Yes, OEM and ODM services are our core strengths. We can customize products based on your specific requirements, including tray materials, steel thickness, load capacity, tire types, surface finish (powder coating or galvanizing), custom colors, and logo printing/packaging. Our engineering team can also develop products based on your technical drawings or physical samples.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and sample policy?

  • MOQ: Our standard MOQ is typically 100–300 units per model depending on the product type, but we strongly support mixed container loading (FCL) with multiple items to help lower your shipping cost per unit.

  • Samples: Samples are available upon request for quality evaluation. Sample costs and freight will be quoted based on destination, and sample fees are fully refundable once an official bulk order is placed.

  • Payment Terms: Standard terms are T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance against B/L copy) or Irrevocable L/C at sight.

  • Shipping Terms: We offer FOB (Qingdao Port), CIF, CFR, and DDP/DDU terms depending on your logistics preference.
